Classroom and behavior management is something that still challenges many teachers. It is not because teachers cannot connect with their students, it is not because teachers are not great at their craft, and it is not because teachers do not care. There are resources that teachers do not know about that will change the game and increase classroom and behavior management that students will have greater learner outcomes with positive attitudes and teachers will leave each day feeling excited and rejuvenated just about everyday. With my Faith Model, this workshop will enlighten you on strategies you probably have not heard of or thought about before. In the case of teachers, if they can trust the process of faith (positivity and believing great things can happen for them and through them), then anything is possible!
